The Montano Law Firm PLLC aims to be your ideal legal partner and to work for your best interests. Our focus is to do our best to assist small business owners, non-profits, and individuals with their legal service needs in an affordable and competent manner.
Legal services are important for every organization and can be crucial for individuals, but the cost of legal services is often out of reach for many small business owners, non-profits, and individuals. As a result, people find themselves encountering costly legal problems from failing to consult an attorney for legal advice.
To provide better access to legal services, we provide legal services at either flat or hourly rates that are affordable to our clients because we want to help our clients avoid costly mistakes and accomplish their goals, without destroying their budgets.
We also require client approval for expenses that exceed a defined cap, and we do not nickel and dime our clients for every communication between client and attorney so that each client is encouraged to communicate with his or her lawyer. We know that clients will gladly pay their legal fees if they see the value they are getting in return.
Our goal is to provide you with grounded advice, creative solutions, and to focus on our personal connections with you so that our services are always tailored to your needs.
Let us work for you.

How it works?
Working with our Firm is simple. We start with a free initial confidential legal strategy consultation for business, employment, or tax law matters either by phone or through a scheduled appointment at our office. For other areas of law, call us to schedule an appointment and see what we can do for you.
During our initial consultation, we can see if we will be a good fit to work together. If we do decide to work together, we will develop a plan for handling your legal matter(s) and you will sign a legal representation agreement outlining the scope of services to be provided. A simple, but valuable process.
If you are ready to speak with us, then simply reach out to us for an initial consultation…
